Styling Your Hair All The Way Up In The Air
"Hope you got your beauty sleep up in the air, you're ready for landing and to begin your holiday, fresh hair and all."
"I got that summertime, summertime sadness." Lana Del Rey was talking about "airplane hair" in her song Summertime Sadness right? To all my Lana's please don't be sad. Whether you are traveling to Europe or Miami for some hot summer holiday action, in-flight hair doesn't have to be a thing anymore. I'm sharing my in-flight trick and I promise you your hair could look better than before you took off.
No more tangles or unwanted bends. It is time to test your braiding skills. I like to do two simple pig tail braids, one on each side. Before I braid away, I use Playa's Ritual Hair Oil. Like your skin, hair also suffers from the drying air of the plane, so time to coat your locks in some hair oil. Once applying the oil, begin braiding. I usually do this in my seat before even taking off. Gives me something to do for those nervous travelers. Before landing undo the braids to reveal beautiful waves. If you need to brush your hair, gently brush through the waves. Hope you got your beauty sleep up in the air, you're ready for landing and to begin your holiday, fresh hair and all.
