I’m making a face right now just thinking about the taste and smell of Apple Cider Vinegar. Ugh. ACV could be the answer to all your skin troubles. So listen up. Using it internally or externally benefits your digestion and your skin. See the connection?

We can combat the effects that sugar and carbs have on our skin with a dose of ACV. Drink two table spoons in the morning with an 8 ounce glass of water to start the day. Personally, this forces me to drink water first thing in the morning and by diluting the ACV with agua (I hear Drakes voice every time I say this) at the same time so it doesn’t taste so bad. Pretty much you are hydrating and detoxifying all before brushing your teeth.

Regularly drinking ACV can detoxify your system and create glowing skin. ACV contains ash and acetic acid, normalizing your body’s pH to maintain a healthy alkaline state and reducing the speed at which sugar enters the blood after you eat. It is also full of vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C and E. Your body and skin are thanking you already.

As a natural astringent the fermented liquid can cure an unhappy complexion. Dilute with water and dab on pimple or scars. Overnight their appearance will be diminished. Use as a toner and ACV will diminish pore size and simulate circulation. If you’re sunburn soak a washcloth in diluted ACV and place on skin to soothe and provide instant relief. ACV is natures cure.
